Lamont Schools

FAQs

Prices on Lamont Schools are all in AUD, and include GST. This includes books sourced from overseas.

For imported books the pricing varies, and depends on the current exchange rate and import costs.

Whilst we do our best to be accurate, price and availability may differ from that shown on the Lamont Schools website. If the price or availability has changed we will contact you before finalising your order.

“Your price” is the discounted price that you will pay, discounted off the RRP.

Please note if you are redeeming Book Fair commission that no discount applies to commission orders and all discount will be removed at checkout.

Freight costs are not included in the book pricing and will be added at checkout.

Duties and Taxes for Overseas Orders

If you are ordering items to be delivered outside of Australia, please note the customer is entirely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees which may be levied by the destination country when the shipment arrives in your country. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the items can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. We cannot predict what these charges might be, and policies vary widely between countries.
Expected delivery times are noted in the availability information on each title on our website.

Please note that all availability notes are an estimate only, and is based on information provided to us by the publishers at the time, which is not always accurate. Shipments can take longer to arrive, and we make no guarantee of any delivery or shipment dates.

If a book cannot be supplied we will let you know as soon as possible, and we will refund you within 3 days of notifying you by the same payment method used to place the order.

We do our best to meet them, but sometimes there can be delays or inaccurate information provided by our suppliers, and so we do not guarantee that the estimate on the website is the date that your order will be shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your orders. We take no responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information. A redelivery fee will apply for orders returned to us due not being collected in time or due to incorrect shipping information.

Outside Australia – We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia.

Didn’t get your parcel? If you have not received your parcel that has been sent out after the expected timeframe, please let us know so we can investigate with our freight provider. If your parcel is lost in transit we will discuss this with you and will either provide a refund or re-send the order.
